| Our next Welcome to Colonial Beach Meet Up is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Community Center. Our speaker is Lara Traylor, Volunteer Coordinator for the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad.
She will talk to us about Stroke Smart Virginia, BE FAST meaning and how recognizing symptoms can reduce delays in treatment, and how to let others know what to look for. This is a vital topic that is helpful for everyone in our community. |
