Dockside has Prime Rib night, starting at 4.

The Ice House has Karaoke with a twist and $10 burger night.

CB Brewing has Trivia, with Shelby, starting at 6.

The Colonial Beach Community Foundation is hosting a Meet-up, at CB Creative. Tour the arts center and learn about what’s coming up, hear from Town Manager Natascha Tucker, meet Foundation members and find out what the Foundation does and how you can help, socialize with friends, and more.

 

Thursday, June 12th

The Colonial Beach Farmers Market will be open from 8-1. Local vendors include Reyes Farm, Rondas Treats and Lesleys Garden. The market is located at the Colonial Beach Fire Department.

CB Brewing has open mic night with Brian Jarboe, from 7-10.

Muse Pizzeria and Arcade has 90’s Bingo, from 7-8, then Karaoke from 8-9:30.

“The Colonial Beach Train Club meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7pm at CB Train Junction, 509 Colonial Avenue, Colonial Beach, VA.  This club is for anyone who enjoys trains or model railroading. The meetings have different topics each month and members share in discussion of railroad and model railroad related topics.  Anyone can join and there is no fee to attend.  Meetings may include news items, guest speakers, clinics on modeling and workshops.  The objective of the group is to share a common interest and promote interest in model railroading through community involvement and STEM/STEAM events for young people.”  

 

Friday, June 13th

Dockside has Salad Night.

The Ice House has $5 Bites & $5 Brews at 3:00; live music with “Market Street” at 6:30.

CB Brewing has music with DJ Hawt Sauce, from 6-9.

Downtown Colonial Beach will be having their Second Friday Art Walk, from 6-9.  Participants include:

• COLDWELL BANKER ELITE – 233 N. Irving Ave. – Art work by members of the Colonial Beach Artists Guild. Exhibit is new every month. Music and Refreshments.
• COLONIAL BEACH BREWING – 215 Washington Ave – Open late in support of 2nd Friday
• ST MARY’S PARISH HALL – 203 Dennison St. – Open.
• CB CREATIVE ART CENTER– 114 Washington Ave. – CB Creative Art Center – 114 Washington Ave. – Featuring fused glass artist Beckie Willows from Spiral Fire Studio exhibiting Elemental Magic: Sand, Fire and the Art of Glass in the Guild Gallery. More pieces will be added for 2ND Friday. Beckie will speak briefly at 7 pm. Also do not miss the presentation of art from CB art students. Studios upstairs and down will be open. Live djembe drum music outside.
• CB UNITED METHODIST CHURCH – 1 Washington Ave. – Family-friendly crafts and activities including chess with a chess teacher Steve Cheney. Refreshments. Everyone is invited.

Saturday, June 14th

Potomac River Festival Parade, starts at 1.

The Ice House has Live music with “Frank Carson @2:00 and live music with “Knuckleheads” at 6:30.

CB Brewing has Live music with Chauncey Fortune & Friends, from 6-9.

“Dad’s Study,” will be opening at The Playhouse. Performances are at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 3pm on Sundays, and will run thru June 29th. Tickets are $22 or $20 for 60 and over. The Playhouse is at 108 Hawthorn Street in Colonial Beach.

Northern Neck Arts Festival will be held at Belle Ville Farm, in Warsaw, Virginia!
