Cool Saturday Nite

Beat the Heat with

Cool Saturday Nite in Downtown Colonial Beach

Cool Saturday Nite is coming to the Colonial Beach downtown on Saturday, August 7, from 5-8 pm. This summer’s punishing heat has made it difficult for visitors to navigate the downtown without melting. Local businesses and community organizations decided to stage an event late in the day, when it will be cooler, and Cool Saturday Nite was born.

The event along Hawthorne and Taylor Streets and Washington Avenue, will feature shopping, art, food, and music. Everyone will be open late to greet visitors. Come out and join in the fun.
