James Monroe’s 264th Birthday

Our 5th President, James Monroe was born April 28, 1758 on the family farm near what is now Colonial Beach. To celebrate, the James Monroe memorial foundation held a 264th birthday celebration on the grounds of the home on April 23 2022.
