This week on Talk of the Town, we interview Tom Tilt of the Colonial Beach Community Foundation. Tom is the driving force behind the Colonial Beach Christmas ornaments produced by the Foundation. This year they unveiled their third ornament, honoring watermen. Tom tells us how the idea came about, and the process of getting an ornament from idea to completion.
