Remembering Dolly Parton

The world is a little darker today, as a beautiful light has gone out. Dolly Parton died today in Nashville at the age of 80. Dolly was a star who never lost touch with her roots and was always willing to show her true self. Her kindness and generosity are well known from initiatives that she supported, like her Imagination Library. which has partnered with our own Colonial Beach Community Foundation to provide children in the 22443 zip code free books. We will remember her as we play Dolly’s songs in the coming weeks on WWER.
