This week on Talk of the Town, we speak with Joanie Millward, President of the Virginia Osprey Foundation. The Virginia Osprey Festival will be held April 11 on Town Hill, and Joanie gives us a preview of what to expect – live birds of prey on the hill, golf cart tours of nests, and special presentations all day.
