Events May 9 to May 14

This is the WWER 88.1 events calendar.  A weekly roundup of events and entertainment in and around Colonial Beach.

On Tuesday, May 9, CB Brewing has Yoga with Dani Moon starting at 6:00.

On Wednesday, May 10, The Ice House has karaoke with Amanda starting at 6:00 and CB Brewing will hold its weekly Trivia Contest, hosted by the Ales, also starting at 6:00.

On Thursday, May 11, The Ice House has Trivia with Shelley starting at 7:00.

On Friday, May 12, JB Brown will be at High Tides from 7:00 to 10:00, Cameron Ashton will be at the Ice House starting at 6:30, Pete Baker will be at Dockside starting at 6:00 and Brett Handy will be at CB Brewing starting at 6:00.  This Friday from 6 to 9PM, the Colonial Beach Artist Guild presents the Second Friday Art walk. This week’s Art Walk is also a Sip N Stroll event with a Mother’s Day theme.

Saturday, May 13, is the annual Dog Days event from 8:00 am to 11:00 at Dockside.  Lots of fun activities and competitions for your furry friends and music by the Hard to Tell Band. CB Brewing follows up with Dog Days Yappy Hour from noon to 2:00.  In the evening, Swamp Trash will be at High Tides starting at 7:00, Mixed Greens will be at the Ice House starting at 6:30, Hydra FX will be at Dockside starting at 7:00 and The Hard To Tell Band will be playing at a Northern Neck BBQ at The Barn in Montross from 5:00 to 8:00.

On Sunday, May 14, The Jerry Wimmer Trio will be at Dockside from 3:00 to 7:00 and Robin Redman and The Birdie River Band will be playing at The Ice House from 3:00 to 6:00.
