Events Nov 28 to Dec 6

This is the WWER 88.1 events calendar.  A weekly roundup of events and entertainment in and around Colonial Beach.

On Wednesday, November 30, the Ice House will have Karaoke starting at 6:00 and CB Brewing will hold its weekly Trivia Contest, also starting at 6:00.

On Thursday, December 1, The Ice House has Trivia starting at 7:00.

On Friday, December 2, Chris Reinhadf will be at The Ice House starting at 6:30, Ryan French will be at Dockside starting at 5:30 and Debra and Patrick will be at CB Brewing starting at 6:00.

On Saturday, December 3, you can start off the day with Santa’s Wonderland and Winter Festival Parade on Town Hill from noon to 4:00.  In the evening Scenic Roots will be at CB Brewing starting at 6:00, Freddie Hall will be at the Ice House starting at 6:30, The Hard to Tell Band will be playing at the Coles Point Tavern from 7:00 to 11:00, Carlos Castro and Friends will be at Tides Inn from 3:00 to 6:00 and the Riverboat will host a comedy night featuring Chris Monty, starting at 8:00.

Saturday is also the Annual Lighted Jeep Parade Toy Drive starting at dark at Dockside. All unwrapped new toys, coats or clothing go to Colonial Beach School children. At Dockside, the fun continues in the evening with the ugly sweater contest and music by HIJINX from 7:00 to 11:00.

On Sunday, December 4, Robin Redman and The Birdie River Band will be playing at the Ice House from 3:00 to 6:00, The Vintage Jazz Duo featuring Dave Tucker and Becky Hunt with be performing at the Backporch Vineyard from 2:30 to 5:30 and The Hard To Tell Band will be at The Estate at Whitehall Vineyard from 3:00 to 6:00.  The CBVFDLA will be having a Breakfast with Santa from 8:00 to 11:00 at the Fire Department on Colonial Ave. You may have your child’s picture taken with Santa. All proceeds go to the CBVFD

On Monday, December 5, the Ice House will have Bingo night starting at 6:00 to support CBKids Christmas.

On Tuesday, December 6, CB Brewing has Yoga with Dani Moon
