Adding some structure

Lest you think nothing is going on between blog posts, nothing could be further from the truth! We have several volunteers working hard on several fronts, and need more! Most are working without any formal titles, but soon we will start to name people to positions (in an ‘acting’ role) to start creating some structure to our organization. For now, I will act as station manager and am naming Tom Larson as our acting program director. If you visit our team members page you will see some of the other folks who are hard at work and some of the key positions that need filling.
If you are interested in any of these empty key positions and feel you have the skills required, please reach out. Ideally, I would ask you to start doing some tasks associated with that job to see how you do, and if things go well, appoint you to ‘acting’ director of that position after a short evaluation period.
