Looking for a new home

WWER is looking for a new home for our studio.  When we went on air, space was graciously donated to us by the Chamber of Commerce and we spent our first few years there.  But they had to move, and so did we.  We are in temporary facilities now, and we are looking for something permanent.  If you know a business owner or landlord with space to donate (in full or in part), please get in touch.  WWER is a 501(c)3 non-profit, so donation of space could be tax deductible.  Our ideal location would be:

• 150-200 square feet
• In or near downtown Colonial Beach
• Visible from the street or permit a sign outside
• 24 hour access
• Permit a small antenna on the roof
• Provide or allow us to install internet

We would also consider an empty lot on which we could place a small structure.  If you know anyone with a place that fits these needs, please reach out to me directly by emailing [email protected].
